SAFETY DEVICE

  1. Overload Signal: When the car is overloaded, the buzzer rings and stops the lift in the same floor.
  2.  Photocell : In the door open and shut period, infrared light that covers the whole door height is used to probe the door protection device of both the passengers and objects.
  3.  Designated Stop: If the lift cannot open the door in the destination floor out of some reason, the lift will close the door and travel to the next designated floor
  4.  Repeated Door Closing: If the lift cannot close the door due to certain obstacle or interference, the lift will reopen, or re-shut the door until sundries are eliminated.
  5.  Down over Speed Protection: This device will automatically cut off control power. Stop the motor running so as to stop lift down at over-speed. If the lifts continue to down at over-speed, safety tongs act to force the lift stop in order to ensure the safety.
  6.  Inspection Operation: When the lift enters into inspection operation, the car travels at inching running.
  7. Anti-Stall Time Protection: The lift slops operation due to slippery traction wire rope.
  8. Voice Synthesizer: This system provides riding passengers with audio information about car operation such as direction of travel, landing floor etc.
  9.  Pre-Limit Switch: Pre-limit switch will be placed in the shaft at top and bottom terminal floor which will reverse the direction for future travels at the terminal floors once cut.
  10. Buffer System: Located in the elevator pit area below the car and counterweight to retard downward travel of either the car or counterweight.
  11.  Safety Door Hanging Device: All the landing doors shall have proper and safe hanging device to prevent sliding of the doors beyond normal limit.
  12.    Start Protection Control: If the lift does not leave door zone within the designated time after it gets started, it will stop the operation.
  13.  Emergency Break Release: The electro mechanical brake in the geared machine will be equipped with a release lever to facilitate emergency rescue operation.
  14. Emergency Exit: To be opened only from outside the elevator car, allow removal of passenger in extreme emergency situation.

 

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING:

Lift installation work will be commencing from the date of handing over the lift shaft to us and commissioning within six (06) weeks.

FREE SERVICE PERIOD:

FUJI has designed its After Sales Service Program very carefully considering the interest of the valued client for getting an all-time available service. FUJI -Lifts will provide after sales service through Metro Power Technology during free service period in the following manner-To be provided service & maintenance work in every month at free of cost for a period of 12 (Twelve) months from the elevator’s commissioning date.

WARRANTY:

The Warranty period shall be 12 (Twelve) months from the date of commissioning and hand over the elevator. Our brand is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship within the allocated warranty period of one year. However, the manufacturer with the stipulation that all necessary work will commence within normal time schedule provides the warranted time frame. Therefore, if the installation work is delayed, the full extent of the warranty period cannot be exercised. This warranty does not cover Battery of ARD, any damage due to mishandling, forced measures (i.e. Thundering, Flood, Cyclone, Earthquakes, Voltage fluctuations etc). Again this warranty will be void if the lift has been tampered, repaired or serviced by other than our duly authorized Service Engineer/ Technician.

Attention

Machine Room power supply, A/C, Separator Beams & Steel items (if required), Voltage Stabilizer (AVR) & Shaft light, Circuit Breaker, Wiring materials, Ceiling fan and light in the machine room, machine room wiring, exhaust fan and all civil works to be provided by before installation starts at buyer’s cost.
